Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily sales orders, inventory checking and shipment planning
- Prepare regular sales reports, analysis, forecast and system input
- Regular update of customer, pricing and related database
- Handle daily administrative operation & provide supports to sales team
- Communicate and cooperate closely with other departments for job fulfilment
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- At least 2 years relevant experience in sales administration
- Strong computer skills in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge in MS Excel functions in Vlookup and Pivot Table is an advantage
- Proactive, well organized and attentive to details
