Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the training and development function to support the business performance and manpower development.
  • Identify learning needs, design and develop operational, compliance, management and technology training curriculum and programmes.
  • Oversee the operation of learning platform including e-learning courses and story creation together with the training partners to preserve critical knowledge for the Authority.
  • Work closely with Training & Development Task Force to develop and implement annual training plan and enhancement of training curriculum.
  • Provide internal consulting services to various Divisions and Departments and devise customised training strategies that support operations and corporate development.
  • Monitor the effective operation of training sponsorship for both local and overseas training.
  • Continuously evaluate the training impact at organization level and explore new tools and opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Master Degree holder in a related discipline, preferably with formal training in Human Resources Development.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in training and development in a sizable organization with experience in driving and implementing change.
  • Excellent communication skills and sensitive to corporate directives and needs.  Familiar with Learning Management System products and multi-media communication tools/channels.
  • Experience in driving new technology and initiatives in Construction and Engineering industries will be an added advantage.
