Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of HR duties, including talent acquisition & retention, performance management, policy review and employee relations
• Establish partnership with business managers and offer professional assistance on people matters
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, programs and handle employment issues related to labour cases and equal opportunities disputes
• Provide support to various HR initiatives and ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable companies
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related employment regulations
• Strong interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people
• A good team player and able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
