Responsibilities:

• Perform general reception, including handling incoming calls and enquires and taking messages
• Responsible for daily postage and couriers (incoming & outgoing document
• Provide administrative and human resources support including filing, updating documents and faxing
• Assist in coordinating the repair and maintenance of office equipment
• Assist in sourcing and liaise with vendors
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks if necessary

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 1 year in receptionist, human resources or administration field preferable
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Polite telephone manner, strong communication skill
• Independent, mature, well-organized and detail-minded
