Our client is a leading financial institution in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Senior Manager / Manager - Human Resources to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• To support full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition. compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development and staff relations.
• To review, formulate and implement HR and admin. policies and procedures in alignment with the Corporation's direction and applicable regulatory requirements.
• To review and streamline work processes to augment employee experience and achieve operational efficiencies.
• To assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budget and manpower plan.
• To assist in Corporate projects and assignments from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in human resources.
• Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-organised, meticulous and with strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent people and communication skills; and Proficient in excel application.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Manager.
