Job Description:

• Align with PMO on market engagement objectives
• Facilitate and coordinate market communication events that support project roll-out
• Assist to prepare and maintain market readiness materials and reports
• Be the key contact of both internal and external project webinars and workshops
• Communicates to all stakeholders on project milestones, status updates and potential client concerns
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, training or equivalent with financial instituions exposures
• 3-5 years of experience in change management or network management preferred, with demonstrated ability to collaborate with operational, commercial, technical and financial stakeholders
• Cross functional experience preferred, preferably with exposure to project life cycle including production, development, UAT, and market engagements
• Requires ability to collaborate, lead, and execute market readiness events
• Strong presentation skills in verbal and written, with good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project
