Our client is an international bank, and they are looking for an experienced candidate to join their credit team specialized in property fund credit analysis.  Job Details as below:-

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support senior director in Hong Kong to develop, manage and grow relationship with property fund investors that are keen to invest in North Asia
· Manage and grow property fund investors that are based in North Asia and to sell cross-border property financing
· Source, structure and execute credit facilities (including project, property, equity bridge facilities) for target clients in North Asia, with Hong Kong and China as the primary focus; and Taiwan and Korea on a selective basis
· Work closely with other product partners (including DCM, ECM, GM, TB) to identify, cross-sell and increase the wallet share from target clients
· Develop deep local knowledge of the property markets, its legal framework, valuation methodologies and financing structures
Requirements
· Good understanding of risk management, credit risk analysis, debt structuring and legal documentation
· In-depth knowledge of the property market in North Asia with relevant track record in closing North Asia financial transactions
· A hands-on person who is willing to be involved in the full processes of seeking mandate, drafting of term sheet, seeking internal approvals and execution of transactions
· Have strong network among property fund investors and other property players
· Strong marketing, inter-personal and communications skills
· Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
