• Manage the tax and accounting matters for the Group
• Responsible for the execution and communication of tax planning projects with other departments and consultants
• Oversee the overall tax compliance work, including tax return filings, tax payments, tax disputes and transfer pricing documentations, etc
• Provide professional advice to internal business partners on tax-related matters
• Work and communicate with teams on the tax implications of the operational and regulatory changes
• Support the implementation of tax optimization strategies and company structure rationalization
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other business related disciplines
• Professional qualification in ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
• 6 years solid experience in corporate taxation
• Strong knowledge of international tax law and practice, familiar with the US Tax and PRC tax will be a definite advantage
• Hands-on commercial experience in providing tax advice
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel extensively
• Strong Leadership, Relationship Management & Result Driven
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Tax Manager
