Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of Accounts and periodic financial reporting (including month-end closing and monthly financial reports preparation);
• Liaison with auditors and banks for overall finance & accounting operations, including daily accounting work, internal control, monthly & yearly budgeting, tax, and statutory filing requirements;
• Handle the preparation of monthly financial analysis and management reports;
• Prepare the accounting functions of the Group’s subsidiaries;
• Assist financial costing and variance analysis and provide advice to management;
• Audit handling
• Support in reviewing and implementing financial policies and procedures with Shanghai Head Quarter;
• Advise management on policies, procedures, and internal controls over business processes;
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and invoicing;
• Review internal controls and improve the overall efficiency of finance functions;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of Finance and relevant experience
• Qualified member of HKICP / ACCA would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proactive, responsible and detail-minded, and effective at multitasking
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Immediate availability is a definite advantage
• Relevant work experience in e-commerce is an advantage
