Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of major projects relating to trustee business and operations. Work with internal/external parties to advise on business projects/initiatives and ad hoc enquiries after considering regulatory requirements, customer’s interest and business requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring of service providers to discharge the regulatory and fiduciary duties of the Trustee including the conduction of annual on-site diligence review and regular service review meetings, assurance of compliance and performance of service providers.
  • Work with service providers on regulatory filings, breach reporting, incident management, complaints handling and day to day operation issues and matters.
  • Maintain the trustee’s procedure manuals/policies and control documentations.
  • Assist in communicating with the MPFA, SFC and HKTA in relation to the response to legislation changes, industry practice changes, attendance of meetings and preparation of answers to regulatory enquiries.
  • Prepare management reports and board papers for Trustee Board.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with 2 years of experience in compliance
  • Candidates with industry knowledge of the MPF/ ORSO regulations/ SFO and trust related regulations and concepts would be a definite advantage
  • Independent with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
