Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Report to the Company Secretary
• Handle full range of company secretarial duties
• Organize board meetings and prepare meeting papers
• Assist in compliance matters
• Assist the Company Secretary to oversee the joint venture companies
• Assist in ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Member of HKICS (Graduate/Associate) 
• Degree holder in Corporate Governance studies related disciplines or English preferred
• Well organized, meticulous, high integrity, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skill with a strong sense of responsibility
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in handling company secretarial duties
  
• Excellent PC skills of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
