Job Description

Our client is a sizeable bank which is well-known for its commercial & corporate banking services. As part of their technological transformation, they are looking for multiple IT Project Managers to work on their internal system revamp projects. Candidates must have strong knowledge in the relevant banking products and operations. Fluency in both English and Cantonese is mandatory.

Currently, the bank is going through a major technological transformation. We are looking for talented IT Project Managers to join their team, leading the project members in delivering the latest IT solutions to the relevant business units. The successful candidates will work with stakeholders across different regions while having exposure to the most updated project management tools. Candidates must have strong knowledge in the relevant banking products and its operations. Fluency in both English and Cantonese are mandatory.

Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to provide project management and internal consultancy services on project
  • Provide support for PMO over project time line management and resources management
  • Drive agile project implementation with Agile/ Scrum methodologies
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure backlogs can be cleared within reasonable time
  • Monitor the overall project scope and report to senior management regularly

Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or above in Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in banking or financial services industries
  • Exposure in an authentic Agile/Scrum environment would be an advantage
  • Certification in one of the following: PSM, PMP, PRINCE2
  • Proficient in English and Chinese communication, both written and spoken
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong
