Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the team to perform a wide range of corporate finance activities including execution and documentation work.

Requirements:-

1. A recognized University Degree in accounting, finance or law.
2. Candidate with CPA, Law or related professional qualification is preferred.
3. One year or more experience in corporate finance, gained from financial institutions or professional firms, is preferred.
4. Sound knowledge in financial analysis, modelling & feasibility study.  Basic knowledge in HK Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and the Listing Rules.
5. Possess initiative and strong work ethics with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
6. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets and presentation skills.
9. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
