Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Assistant Relationship Manager Team and Loans Business Team to provide excellent services to customer
• Formulate and implement customer services and sales strategies to meet business targets
• Monitor service level of the designated hotlines and staff performance to ensure the hotline service is in alignment with the Bank’s service standard and comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Streamline the process flow to enhance the productivity and cost management
• Closely work with various business departments on the implementation of different sales and services programs

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of retail banking or loans business
• Experience of call centre an advantage
• Passes in IIQE Paper I, II, III & HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
