Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited owns a carpark portfolio with 150+ premises and a necessity retail portfolio with 60+ premises. We are now seeking for high caliber candidates to join us to grow the portfolios and participate in the asset, leasing & disposal management activities along the life cycle of various asset classes. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years’ solid experience in real estate asset management, retail leasing, client development, shopping centre asset management or property management from property developers, real estate funds or advisory firms
• Strong knowledge in tenancy and facilities management with community shopping mall & fresh market experiences will be an advantage
• A team player with strong business acumen and market awareness
• Financial management background, good working knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis will be advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of necessity retail assets to maximize the financial performance
• Supervise a team of leasing & asset management specialist to handle the leasing and asset enhancement activities
• Analyse assets’ value creation and operational efficiency and identify the enhancement opportunities
• Drive the asset plan formulation and implementation with business objectives including asset positioning, trade mix & leasing strategies and asset management
• Participate in financial analysis, valuation, budget planning and business forecasting
• Proactively build & manage relationship with retailers and property agencies
• Develop market intelligence network to obtain the most updated rental & sales comparable
• Work with marketing & promotions team, carpark portfolio management team and other business units to launch promotion programs to existing and prospective tenants
• Supervise the preparation of regular asset management & marketing plans, business performance and management reports
• Prepare reports & investment memorandum to senior management for investments and divestments
