Job Description:

• Data entry, documentation processing and filing
• Organize data, perform record keeping and prepare reports
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Undergraduate / Postgraduate student
• Strong sense of integrity
• Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly using Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in Mandarin
