Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare full set of financial statements with supporting schedules;
• Perform clerical and accounting duties, such as data entry, process and reconcile daily sales and receipts transactions by sales team;
• Prepare timely sales, AR/AP reports and other general accounting duties;
• Support company secretarial works;
• Liaise with sales department and customers to ensure timely payments; and
• Any ad hoc assignment from supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines or equivalent with relevant accountancy qualification;
• At least 1 years relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in using MS Office;
• Detail minded, self-motivated, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
