Responsibilities

• Assist Director to supervise accounting team to carry out daily accounting operations
• Handle daily operation of payment checking, accounts receivable and payable
• Prepare the monthly and regular financial reports
• Assist Director to handle full set of accounts, prepare financial report, analysis and schedules
• Support the Company events for accounting operation (e.g. VIP day,)
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with all finance-related statutory requirements
• Participate in new ERP setup or related operations
• Perform assigned ad-hoc reports, analysis and supporting tasks

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in the field
• A team player with proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical mind
• Proficiency in MS Excel , Access and sound knowledge in accounting system (e.g. MYOB)
• Hands-on experience in ERP with setup experience is advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
