Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle renovation and decoration projects
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the progress
- Provide administrative support
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with over 5 years' administration experience
- Experience in fitting-out project, shop-drawing production for interior fitting-out works is required
- Solid experience in branch operation, shop renovation, general repair and maintenance
- Strong team spirit
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Initiative, independent and work under intense pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office
