POSITION

Human Resources and Administration Officer (Maternity Cover from early or mid July for 3 to 4 months)

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Support daily operations of HR & Admin function
• Support to handle occasional inquiries on payroll, medical and leave matters
• Facility management and ensure general office supplies

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administration Department
• Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing human resources & administration policies, procedures and guidelines
• Provide support in the initiation, development and implementation of major projects and ad hoc projects
• Maintain good employee relationship and facilitate communication across all levels and to promote employee engagement
• Assist in managing general office administrative functions and facility management including insurance, office equipment and supplies procurement
• Handle the ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in management, human resources or related disciplines or equivalent
• At least 3 solid years of relevant experience in HR & Administration gained from multinational companies.  Experience in buying or sourcing office will be advantageous
• Well versed knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance & PRC Labor Law
• Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English and Cantonese
• Good judgement with ability to make correct commercial decisions
• Pro-active, detail-minded, organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Immediately available will be advantageous
