Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing monthly payroll including allowance payment, MPF contributions, bonus and final payments for all staff
• Provide all-round HR support to the business, including but not limited to: employee relations, staff engagement, handling staff enquiry, etc.
• Administer employment liability insurance such as Employee Compensation Insurance, Group Medical and Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance and Travel Insurance
• Follow up with HRIS changes and enhancement and ensure the system records and calculation are maintained accurately
• Assist in recruitment and employment process
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management
• 5 years' relevant experience, with exposure in all-rounded HR and C&B preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Able to communicate with all levels of people in both English and Chinese with good interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Hands on experience in payroll, familiar with Peoplesoft and Casual Labour Management System is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and manage multiple tasks
• Immediate available will be preferred
