Job Description

We are a recruitment agency with providing free career counselling services to candidates in order to find right job.  Our client is well-known electrical system company.   They are now looking for high caliber candidates to join their Company.

Job Description
  1. Oversee all-round the spectrum of HR and Admin function
  2. Supervise a team in providing HR and Admin services, including office suppliers sourcing, compensation and benefit and training and facilities management
  3. Keep all the implementation and formulation of policies in line with business objectives.
  4. Formulate and review HR policy to provide general guidance to the employees
  5. Build and maintain relationship with recruitment agencies and network;
  6. Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
  7. Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Makes certain that the managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally communicate with employees.
  8. Prepare various reports and monthly headcount analysis for management review;
  9. Take charge in employee relations activities such as CSR, Annual Dinner, Company Outings;
  10. Participate in HR projects such as annual performance appraisal;
  11. Providing support on ad-hoc projects and requests.
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant experiences
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated, Responsible, positive attitude, mature and able to work independently;
  • Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
