Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for entering company Purchase Orders into trading system
- Handle all import and export overseas & local shipping and courier documents
- Enter data into Tradelink system
- Supervise monthly stock inventory
- Ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner
- To assist company ad hoc duties and other administrative duties
Qualifications and Requirements:
- F. 5 graduate or above with minimum 3 years working experience preferred
- Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking, and work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel / Words and hands-on experience in computerized accounting system
- Flexsystem Trading System, POS knowledge advantage but not essential
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese
