Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulation and implementation of sales plan for launch of projects
- Assist Manager – Sales to achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and liaison with property agents
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the Group’s customer base and ensure it is strong presence
- Handle daily on-sales administration matters and arrange sales office logistics
- Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders
- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new customers
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in BA, Surveying, Marketing or related discipline
- 2 years’ solid experience preferably in marketing & sales of residential properties in property developers
- Knowledge in Residential Properties (First – hand Sales) Ordinance
- Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Skills of Dynamics 365 will be a merit
