Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Corporate Head Office based in Hong Kong, we are seeking for a Learning and Development Manager to support the Group’s global learning and development function. This role is the key champion for the Group’s learning management system (LMS) and driving diversity and inclusion (D&I) framework.

Key Accountabilities

• Be the key champion to maintain the Company’s LMS and provide technical support and ongoing training to the global L&D community
• Organise and facilitate the delivery of the Group’s foundational training programmes and provide support to the Group’s global training programmes
• Analyse training data and information to understand trends and insights for future programmes and activities
• Organise familiarizations and orientation for new leaders from different business operations
• Manage and update commonly used training materials and resources
• Assist in the internal communication of L&D engagement activities for the global L&D community
• Assists in developing learning material and activities to support the Group’s D&I framework

General requirements

• University degree or above
• Minimum 4 years talent management experience in a luxury hospitality field
• Hotel operation experience and understanding of employee life cycle is advantageous
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors’ learning module
• Good computer and analytical skill
• Good team player and strong interpersonal skill
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
