Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 3-7 years solid experience in compensation & benefits and payroll calculation
• Experience in sizable companies, preferably in retail or F&B background
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and related legislations
• Self-motivated, energetic, dynamics, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and HRIS system
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide support on full spectrum of C&B functions and payroll calculation
• Handle the cycle of payroll processing, final payment and preparing tax return
• Responsible for C&B administration, pension contribution and HR reports preparation
• Respond to employees’ inquiries & requests and provide appropriate follow up
• Maintain HRIS system and participate in ad hoc C&B projects as assigned
