Job Description:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews, offer proposal and on / off boarding process
• Explore and intensify recruitment channels and platforms for talent attraction and sourcing
• Coordinate and support recruitment projects including job fairs, trainee programs and related events
• Prepare monthly HR-related statistics, reports and recruitment surveys
• Proactively connect with line managers to understand their needs and provide support in the recruitment
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably gained in manufacturing industry
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient with MS Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good team player and able to work under pressure and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
