Our client, a reputable Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking for a high-calibre translation professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Attend management and cross-team meetings and interpret Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) to Japanese/English and vice versa
• Assist in preparation and translation of meeting materials
• Write reports in Japanese
• Provide administration and support for the department
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N1) and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proficient in English.
• Good command in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• A team player with positive mindset & good interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-minded and supportive. Time management skill to meet various deadlines.
