Job responsibilities:

• Provide various human resources functions including recruitment arrangement, manpower planning, payroll processing and other compensation & benefits issues
• Prepare regular reports such as headcount, attendance, employment movement etc. for group management review
• Manage all benefits administration works including pension, insurance, medical claims and leave application
• Work closely with Finance team to maintain updated employment data and record
• Monitor staffs' daily attendance record
• Handle tax return or other ad-hoc tasks

 Job requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or the equivalent
• Capable to work multi-tasks, well organized and detail-minded
• Strong numeric sense, analytical and good interpersonal skills 
• Good communications skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
