Job Responsibilities:  

• Carry out daily nominee services operations in accordance with established rules, procedures andpolicies of the clearing houses
• Check and validate the work from junior members on reviewing issuers’ announcements and handling thelife cycle of a corporate event
• Propose appropriate operational flow changes to enhance the day-to-day operational efficiency
• Support various automation and process reengineering initiatives to eliminate manual andunnecessary tasks
• Undertake other ad hoctasks as assigned by Manager
• Identify exceptionalcases and contingency situations promptly, and escalate to management

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years ofrelevant experience, preferably in well-established financial organizations and with some supervisory exposure in the past;
• Knowledge of assets ervicing, nominees /custodial operations in Hong Kong and global markets (preferably Mainland market)
• Team player and able to work under pressure
• Good command of writtenand spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Word,Excel, Access, and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in Macros and VBA is an advantage
• Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Officer role
