Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC Type 4 & 9 regulated activities;
• Participated and manage fund portfolios and discretionary management accounts (DMA) for clients;
• Formulating investment strategies and implement investment processes, construct and manage designated investment portfolios and seek to deliver good performance and fulfil related responsibilities;
• Supervised the investment and research team to perform diligent investment process and analysis
• Monitoring invested projects and preparing periodic updates and reports on investment;

• Current SFC Type 9 unconditional Responsible Officer License holder.
• Minimum 3-5 years of solid experiences in asset management, relates to proprietary trading, discretionary account management, private equity, special situations, corporate finance.
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control.
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
