• Manage resources to delivery timely and high-quality deliverables in terms of periodic management account reporting, consolidated financial statements, tax compliance and liaison with tax authorities
• Manage process for working with shared service centre to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables. 
• Develop & maintain client relationships, looking for opportunities for upsell and cross sell
• Provide coaching and support to junior staff
• Work with other departments to work as One Vistra to service clients

• Degree in Accounting with professional accounting qualification e.g. CPA or ACCA 
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, working in professional / CPA firm will be advantage 
• Experience in managing and developing junior team members
• Good Understanding of international business practices
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good problem solving skills and able to provide advice to the clients 
• Ability to complete individual deliverables and communicate efficiently with different parties
• Proficient in MS office, MYOB, Quickbook accounting software
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and good command of Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
