Our client, a Japanese F&B company is looking for candidates Senior Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer roles.

Company Location:           Kowloon side

Working Days:                   Mon-Fri 

Company Business:           Japanese F&B company

Languages Required:        Cantonese, English and Mandarin 

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist in month-end closing including preparation of consolidated financial statement
• Handle full set of Accounts, including data input and filing
• Provide support for preparing the financial reports, analysis and bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis
• Process payment and Account Payables/Receivables
• Maintain accounting controls and proper documentation of accounting journals
• Liaise with external stakeholders, auditor & other professional parties
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting field with professional accountancy qualification
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in using Quick Book accounting system is an advantage
• Solid experience in the F&B or catering industry would be an advantage
• Able to work independently, a reliable team member
