Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month-end closing cycle to ensure an effective, accurate and timely month end close
• Perform daily accounting operations including invoicing, bank reconciliation, manage the full cycle of account receivable and payable
• Balance sheet reconciliation and Assist in the year-end audit.
• Actively communicate with different departments to resolve operational issues
• Assist to oversee and handle the financial operations local & subsidiary companies in the Asia countries including GST returns, tax matters, and audit matters

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Finance or Accounting
• Fresh graduate welcome; Ideally 1-2 years of working experience with solid finance & accounting experience in Multinational or sizable companies
• Familiar with MS Excel
• Knowledge in credit control and handling collection of AR will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, initiated, and have a good sense of responsibility.
• English is a MUST; Fluent in Chinese and Mandarin would be good
