Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support department head to handle all-rounded HR & Admin. functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B and HR system maintenance
- Responsible for payroll calculation, leave records and attendance records
- Prepare HR reports on regular basis
- Handle ad hoc HR projects
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM/ Business Administration or related disciplines; preferably gained from retail industry
- Minimum 3 years’ HR generalist experience
- Strong analytical skills and numerical sense
- Self-motivated with positive attitude, detail minded, problem solving skills and well-organized
- Keep abreast of latest employment-related ordinances to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is highly preferred
