Responsibilities:

• Coordinate for office equipment repair and maintenance;
• Responsible for vendor sourcing of office equipment, arrange bookings and travel arrangements;
• Carry out general clerical duties such as document typing, Scanning & filing;
• Maintain and monitor fixed asset records, telephone system and office supplies inventories;
• Coordinate and liaise with all external and internal parties for administration matters;
• Provide administrative support to managers and assist in ad-hoc assignments when required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above;
• At least 5 years relevant experience preferably in engineering company;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Detailed minded, responsible and hardworking;
• Be punctual,  pleasant and able to work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
