Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls from other departments or front-line operative staff
- Perform routine office administrative work
- Data entry, filing, scanning and procurement handling
- Daily update on various statistics and leave records etc
- Follow up with regular reports, invoices, contracts and ad hoc projects
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Summer internship or solid working experience in property management industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Pleasant, patience and capable to handle multi-tasks
- Detailed minded with excellent interpersonal skill
- University fresh graduates are welcome for the application
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience.
