Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls from other departments or front-line operative staff
  • Perform routine office administrative work
  • Data entry, filing, scanning and procurement handling
  • Daily update on various statistics and leave records etc
  • Follow up with regular reports, invoices, contracts and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Summer internship or solid working experience in property management industry is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pleasant, patience and capable to handle multi-tasks
  • Detailed minded with excellent interpersonal skill
  • University fresh graduates are welcome for the application
