Job Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks including internal transfer between lab and Ops, raising PR/PR through NAV, monitoring consumable stock, document scanning photo-coping
• Sorting and preparing of Procurement documents / Clients’ contract copy
• Vendor and supplier sourcing
• Assist in monitoring budget
• Responsible for all purchasing and logistics
• Assist with general administrative duties
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

• Higher diploma / Diploma holder in Purchasing or Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in highly preferred
• Must be well organized and pro-active, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Work as a team and be considerate
• Proficiency in Cantonese and moderate English speaker
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
