Responsibilities:

• To provide full spectrum of administration supports including general office administration, monthly expense reimbursement, fixed assets management, office renovation and maintenance;
• To govern procurement related matters in our bank, including product assessments, supplier management, contract negotiation, ensure all approved purchases are of a sufficient quality and are cost-efficient;
• Review and formulate administrative policies and procedures;
• To coordinate and support any projects related meetings, including presentation materials, reports, agenda and minutes;
• Organize staff engagement and corporate wellness programme to encourage work-life balance;
• Assist in liaising and coordinating with the group for ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with over 5 years’ experience in administration from sizable Chinese financial / banking institutions;
• Able to handle multi-tasks and propose solutions independently and work under pressure under tight schedules
• Good capability to work with diverse stakeholders with cross-functional teams, from senior management to junior staff.
• Self-driven, strong problem-solving skills, good supervision skill possession of good team work
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Immediately available is highly preferred
