Job Description
Essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities typically include:
Preparing reports and/or documents for internal and external parties
Ordering office necessities
Liaising and dealing with staff and suppliers
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Any ad-hoc tasks relating to admin department
To be successful in this role, you will (optionally) possess:
Having office management experience will be an advantage
Skills in Microsoft Office applications
An outgoing personality with the ability to negotiate with others
Ability to multi-task during busy periods
