Working alongside a professional team in the Corporate Office, we are seeking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the Human Resources Department.  This role will report to the Manager, Human Resources Services for the overall HR administration.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide one-stop quality human resources services to employees in the Corporate Office in relation to onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration and staff engagement
• Update and maintain the human resources data base (SuccessFactors)
• Manage administrative duties related to HR functions including talent acquisition, performance review, budget and reports
• Provide calendar and travel support to Group Director, Human Resources
• Responsible for HR events including annual staff party, Wellness programme and social event

General requirements

• Associate Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Preferably 2 years’ experience, with exposure in a MNC.   
• Good communication skills, high level of commitment and the ability to complete task according to tight timelines 
• Sharp problem-solving, attention to details and able to prioritise work tasks in an effective manner
• Be a team player with genuine care for employees. 
• Good command of both written and spoken English
