Job Description
Our client, a Japanese company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Payroll Executive (5 days/ Good Working Environment)
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for C&B, including monthly payroll, final payment, MPF & taxation, work injuries and staff medical claims
- Support and manage new hires, termination, internal transfer related processes
- Update and maintain HR system & records
- Prepare reports
- Assist in internal and external audit
- Ad hoc project
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in HR or Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline
- Min 3-5 years working experience in HRIS/ payroll/ C&B is preferred
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and MPF Scheme Ordinance is preferred
- Good command in with written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Good in MS Office
- Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE or SHORT NOTICE is highly preferable
