Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team
  • Input, update & maintain staff records in the HR system
  • Assist in recruitment duties such as job ad posting, interview arrangement, new staff orientation etc.
  • Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Your profile

  • Studying Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other BA related disciplines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin is preferred
  • Willing to learn with a positive and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as to work independently; anticipate what is needed and take action
