Responsibilities:

• Provide quality support services to business team of the Company
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties for achieving business objectives
• Handle meeting arrangement and prepare meeting minutes
• Perform administration tasks, including but not limited to document handling, filing and maintenance, etc.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or office administration in a sizeable company
• Well organized, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Team player with good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
