Who are we looking for?

First and foremost, we're looking for people that fit Networld. People that are committed, communicative and resourceful. If you're enthusiastic about whatever you're working on and you have the right mindset, we might have the right job for you.

Your role within our TEAM:

• Assist for the receptionist duties
• Maintain daily operations of forum and other company products
• Handle users’ inquiries in a good manner
• Liaise with users and internal parties to identify and resolve users’ issues
• Assist research and reports on product operation or related studies
• Provide administration support to the team
• Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Skills and traits of you:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree, experience in online customer service sector is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good Chinese and English typing (30-40 wpm or above)
