You will be responsible for daily food delivery operations and customer service activities and will require strong analytical skills, attention to details, willing to assist our customers with a cheerful mindset and the ability to implement successful business strategies. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Handling daily delivery communication and follow ups
• Responsible for order management and CRM
• Customer service and enquiries 
• Engage in operation and business processes
• General administrative duties including payments, orders, databases & website 

The Person:

• The applicant must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable.
• Hands on and be prepared for early morning shift 
• 1 - 2 years working experience in a similar environment although fresh grads would also be considered
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
