Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement different talent and high potential programmes at different staff levels to develop organisation capabilities to achieve business and organisation objectives
  • To organise and conduct the Assessment/Development Centre with different methodologies and tools to identify and assess talents
  • To facilitate career and development conversations to formulate Individual Development Plan and keep track of talents’ development progress
  • To manage succession planning and talent review process, implement and monitor succession plans and status to build healthy talent pipelines
  • To analyse talent data and talent bench strength, and drive organisation development programmes and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar disciplines
  •  Minimum 10 years’ experience in Talent Management, People Development or Organisation
  • Development field in established organisation of which at least 5 years should be in supervisory capacity
