Job Description

• Conduct search, source, screen, and identify potential candidates through various online resources and platforms to match client's hiring needs
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interview and offer stages
• Conduct in-person/video/phone interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
• Provide support to senior consultants

Job Requirement    

• University Degree holder from any discipline
• Work experience in a client-facing role would be beneficial but not necessary
• Be a Self-motivated learner while being a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
