Job Description
Job Summary
The incumbent of this position is responsible for the daily operations of general office administration and HR support.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in general HR & administrative work and clerical duties, such as document filing, data entry and SAP creation and follow up etc..
- Backup and support of reception duties
- Arrange business travel bookings, including itinerary, transportation, hotel/air-ticket booking and visas application when necessary
- Coordinate Company events and activities
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Fresh graduate will also be considered (relevant job experience will be an advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Immediate availability is preferable.
