Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior executive
• Maintain, manage and organize daily schedule and make business travel and meeting arrangements
• Prepare correspondences and handle assignments independently 
• Manage incoming and outgoing mails and documents
• Handle and screen telephone calls and visitors
• Maintain good relationship and liaise with various internal departments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in senior executive support role
• Diploma or above in business administration related discipline
• Fluency in both written and verbal English and Chinese
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of TMs
• High integrity, self-motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skill
• Good command in MS applications or other related tools
